I configured kmail (5.1) with two identities, but when I write an email, I can't select an identy. Kmail always uses the default identity.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add two or more identities
2. Select 'New message'
3.

Actual Results:  
The composer doesn't show the combobox with the configured identities. It always uses the default identity,

Expected Results:  
Combobox, which allows to select the identity,
