Hi Miguel, Which version of Krita are you using exactly (the name of the file you downloaded will do) and are you on an X86 or X64 bit version of Krita? Could you attach a screenshot of the error message?
Created attachment 96272 [details] Captura.JPG I downloaded krita_x64_2.9.10.0.msi. X64 versión. The screenshot is attached. 2015-12-21 20:28 GMT+01:00 Boudewijn Rempt via KDE Bugzilla < bugzilla_noreply@kde.org>: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=357000 > > Boudewijn Rempt <boud@valdyas.org> changed: > > What |Removed |Added > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > CC| |boud@valdyas.org > > --- Comment #1 from Boudewijn Rempt <boud@valdyas.org> --- > Hi Miguel, > > Which version of Krita are you using exactly (the name of the file you > downloaded will do) and are you on an X86 or X64 bit version of Krita? > Could > you attach a screenshot of the error message? > > -- > You are receiving this mail because: > You reported the bug. >
Hm, I just checked on another windows test system, and 2.9.10 installed and ran without trouble. Your windows is also 64 bits, right? Could you try the portable zipfile version from files.kde.org/krita/windows, too?
Created attachment 96278 [details] attachment-3439-0.html The 32bits portable runs without problems, 64bits portable launch same error. It must be a problem with this computer, I tested on another windows system and works fine. Thanks. 2015-12-23 13:01 GMT+01:00 Boudewijn Rempt via KDE Bugzilla < bugzilla_noreply@kde.org>: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=357000 > > --- Comment #3 from Boudewijn Rempt <boud@valdyas.org> --- > Hm, I just checked on another windows test system, and 2.9.10 installed > and ran > without trouble. Hi Miguel, I think we've got that issue in another bug report already, so this one doesn't need to be reopened. I do need to figure out a way to fix the issue asap, but I haven't got any network drives at home... Boud
