Scrolling Status and Notifications widget doesn't work with two-finger swipe or using mouse scroll button. You have to hold and move the scrollbar to scroll.

Please see the attached screencast to see the problem.

That's because wheel events are forwarded to the tray applications, not sure if we can do anything about it, other than only allowing mouse wheeling its icon which would be bad.

new implementation doesn't have that problem
