When I'm trying to update the system, the screen where I have to put my password appears but just for a second, almost immediately it disappears and I get an error message. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Click the install update button 2.Password screen appears and disappears in less than a second 3.I get an error message Actual Results: I can't install the updates. Expected Results: Installation begins.
That's odd. Can you run muon-updater from the console and check if there's an error message prompted there?
Created attachment 96254 [details] attachment-4631-0.html Hi Aleix, I read some forums and find a solution right after I report the problem. I realized that I couldn't install any package from the software center and I have to execute to commands on the terminal and then the problem was gone. Thanks for your answer and if you want to know what did I do, I can search again and report it to you so you know what wasn't running well initially. *Agus Juan-Camps* agusjc@gmail.com +Agus <https://plus.google.com/u/0/110049829367430324613/about> <http://twitter.com/agusjc> <http://www.linkedin.com/in/agusjc> <http://www.facebook.com/agusjc> <http://agusjc.wordpress.com/> <http://www.sudactiu.com/> <http://diaridunpetithome.blogspot.com/> <http://picasaweb.google.com/agusjc> <http://www.flickr.com/photos/agus81/> Si ets el destinatari del correu, no et cal seguir llegint. This is what's happening to me, but I don't understand the language (the English explanation) of what I need to do. Probably my son will, though.
