Hello

The entry "Reload" is not always visible in the RMB context menu
in konqueror when used as Web Browser.
It is not grayed out it is simply not present.
But it happens not for all the sites.

Here it happens:
http://heise.de
http://www.kde.org
http://freshmeat.net

here not:
http://slashdot.org/
http://linuxtoday.com/

strange.
I don't think that it happened in versions before 2.2.2

thank you

yves
