All ctrl + key shortcuts do not work when running under Wayland.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a Wayland compositor (kwin_wayland or Weston)
2. Run konsole --platform wayland
3. start an application in konsole
4. Try to use Ctrl+c

Actual Results:  
c printed into terminal window

Expected Results:  
application terminates

It seems this was an upstream issue fixed by 5.6
