Empty line in Kicker Recent programs group after removing last used program

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start some several programs via Kicker menu; close programs.
2. Uninstall one program (one that you was started).
3. Enter in Kicker Recent programs

Actual Results:  
Empty line instead of uninstalled program

Expected Results:  
No line for uninstalled program

After re-installing program, Recent menu has that program instead of empty line

After re-installing program

This was fixed recently, invalid apps are now filtered out.
