Start kdenlive 2. Import video 3. Drag clip to timeline 4. Add fade from black to clip in timeline 5. Right click clip in bin and enable proxy clips (or disable) 6. Save project, close Kdenlive, start Kdenlive, open saved project Expected result: 1. Clip in timeline still has effects Actual result: 1. Clip in timeline has no effects Video: https://youtu.be/UnaNkLPv4bg This affects clips in the timeline but it does not affect clips in the bin (see second half of video). Perhaps related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356564 (not sure) If you can't reproduce this, please try deleting the content of your proxy clip folder before repeating the steps.

Thank you very much! Video https://youtu.be/xNUYhspt9pk Note: in the video there is an unrelated crash (movit) and also the thumbnail looks weird after the proxy has been generated but I'll have to take another look and report it then if it's still present.
