When the colour picker  is used to select a colour  in a number of effects, it doesn't select from the end of the tool as expected but from its centre.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use colour picker tool from within an effect. e.g. blue screen effect.
2.

Actual Results:  
Picks colour from centre of tool

Expected Results:  
Pick colour from end of tool

I see that the Icon has been changed from a dropper to a tear-drop shape in latest version in kdenlive-master ppa
