Description Andrew Chen 2015-12-10 23:54:12 UTC
After login, the volume icon almost always appear in the wrong place, sometimes overlapping other icons and sometimes just disappearing. A blank space is left in where the icon should have been. The misplaced icon is non-functional nor is the original blank space.

This problem didn't occur in 5.4.3.

A possible workaround is to disable and re-enable the audio volume tray item whenever this bug occurs.

Reproducible: Sometimes

The blank space left of the wifi icon is where the audio icon should have been.

Please ignore the little blury dot to the left, as it is caused by problems with xembedsniproxy. This bug still occurs without xembedsniproxy.

Seems to be fixed with 5.5.1.
