Description darkflame 2015-12-04 19:12:14 UTC
Occasionally digital clock shows a time or date where one digit is missing.

I'm using digital clock with these setting, but I've seen the issue with other settings as well
dateFormat=isoDate
fontFamily=Nimbus Roman No9 L
showDate=true
use24hFormat=2

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add digital clock on desktop
2. Wait
Comment 1 Martin Klapetek 2015-12-04 19:15:17 UTC
Thanks for the report

What's your Qt version?
Comment 2 darkflame 2015-12-04 19:21:48 UTC
Qt: 5.4.2
KDE Frameworks: 5.15.0
plasmashell 5.4.3
Comment 3 Martin Klapetek 2015-12-04 19:35:45 UTC
Ok, please try adding

export QML_USE_GLYPHCACHE_WORKAROUND=1

to /etc/profile.d/fix-qt.sh

log out and back in an see if the issue persists.
Comment 4 darkflame 2015-12-04 19:50:29 UTC
Thanks, added.
I do not see the issue every day, so I'll wait a couple of days to see if it reappears.
Comment 5 darkflame 2015-12-08 18:21:14 UTC
This issue still appears with QML_USE_GLYPHCACHE_WORKAROUND.

Another way to reproduce:

1. Resize digital clock slowly
2. Some digits appear to flicker
3. Stopping at certain widget size some digits are not rendered at all
