I have several saved searches.  I would like them to be organized alphabetically.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search tool 
2. Create search
3.  They are randomly organized, or somewhat alphabetical

Pressing "Searches" header on the top must sort the list...

Pressing the header row does sort the list, but not in the intended way. 
The screenshot shows where some items are not sorted alphabetical.
