When right-clicking the window titlebar, a context menu to apper. Normally it should go away after clicking everywhere else, but it doesn't unless parent window goes out of view.
This causes the ability to display other context menu on top of it, as demonstrated in screenshot.

Workaround: dig into 2nd-level menu, then click several times outside both. This causes them to disappear.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a window with title bar
2. Right-click title bar
3. Click outside the menu that appears

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Context menu disappears

Focus stealing protection was on medium when it happened first, but reducing doesn't seem to affect anything.
