Paint Layers produce square visual artifacts when shrinking with the Transform a Layer tool.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Test File.kra".
2. Select the Paint Layer.
3. Use Transform a Layer [Ctrl + T] to shrink the Paint Layer.
4. Notice the layer has no visual artifacts while the tool is being used.
5. Hit [Enter] to apply the transformation.
6. The layer now has square visual artifacts.

Actual Results:  
The Paint Layer has visual artifacts once a scale transformation had been applied.

Expected Results:  
There should be no visual artifacts when scaling down a Paint Layer.

Artifacts can also be seen with any solid brush stroke arc, but is easier to see with the attached test image file "Test File.kra".
