Kde System will force close when click cursor theme at Workspace Theme section as described in that image link

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click System Settings
2. Then click Workspace Theme
3. And then choose Cursor Theme

Actual Results:  
Kde System Setting forced close

Expected Results:  
Open cursor theme windows

We can't do much with an old bug without any sort of trace. 

If it still happens please reopen a report.
