Description Evert Vorster 2015-11-16 07:45:35 UTC
I do a LOT of color correcting, since I shoot with GoPro in protune mode.

The easiest way to restore some contrast is to use the levels filter, and I have to scroll through the video with a histogram on to see what sort of input levels I have to play with.
A tool to analyze the video and display a composite histogram of all the frames would be a great help in picking the right input levels.

Furthermore, the levels effect only allows one attribute to be corrected, which means that I often end up with four levels effects applied to one video to correct colors. It would be helpful if the levels tool would rememeber the various settings for each channel.

Reproducible: Always

I know this is just a feature request, but a composite histogram of all the frames in a segment would be a nice thing to have, especially for levels adjustment....
It might need an "Make composite histogram" button, though, as it may slow down regular users of the levels feature.
