After the update to 5.4.3 the icons in the icon-only task manager no longer reflect the state of the associated task. It is impossible to tell whether an application is already running or just pinned to the task bar.
If more the one instance of the application is running a strange triangle covers most of the actual application icon (see screenshot).
For some applications the icon in the task bar appears "glitchy".
