I reproduced this with two different devices - acer aspire x3200 - samsung NP-RC530_S0CDE
i will not do it, but maybe, you do it yourself ;-) ... Since this bug is very confusing for a normal user, it should be resolved with "higher" priority

Thanks for the report What exactly do you mean by "knotifier will not popup nore list the new device"? Do you mean the popup with connected usb devices? The one that says "Device notifier"?

looking at my reported bugs, i can confirm now, that actual leap does not show this problem anymore => it is fixed :-)
