- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Attempting to set/unset play with Printscreen keybinding as I noticed it is no longer working to start ksnapshot.

- Unusual behavior I noticed:

Print screen has suddenly stopped opening ksnapshot. Key binding is set, changing the key binding to other keys does not resolve, changing that key to a different application does not open that application. System settings crashes on 50% of apply attempts for hot key settings (literally every other change) and when reopened shows the settings as what I attempted to change them to.

Have two identical laptops running mint + kde both experience the same issue system settings crash and sudden loss of print screen function.

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
