Description Sudhir Khanger 2015-11-13 04:21:52 UTC
Apps that are launched via search aren't added to Recent Applications. Apps that are launched manually by going into their category and clicking on icon show right away in Recent Applications.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search an app in AppDash for example 'gimp'.
2. Go to Recent Applications.
3.

Actual Results:
Gimp will not show in Recent Application even though it was launched via search in AppDash.

Expected Results:
Apps launched via any way in AppDash including search or manual clicking should show in Recent Applications.

This is a bug in KRunner which needs to use KActivities.
