When I try to modify a color raw picture (CR2) into a black & white, the application crashes when pressing the OK button after selecting the film, the filter, ...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a CR2 file in the editor
2.modify the image into a black & white picture
3.press OK

Actual Results:  
crash

With next digiKam 5.0.0, we will provide a fully cross-compiled version Windows under Linux where a lots of problems have been fixed.
