After disconnectng external display, kscreen repositions all windows dangling over bottom edge of primary display.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect external dislay
2. Position windows on external display
3. Disconnect external display

Actual Results:  
Windows are repositioned too low on primary display

Expected Results:  
Repositioned windows at top edge of primary display or better.

This used to be OK before upgrade to Kubuntu Wily

I think this was due to the relative position of the applications on the first display. If that display was top (0,0) the bottom windows need to move exactly one screen down to keep relative distance after removal of the upper screen.
