I downloaded a zip containing files with wired/broken encoding, probably saved on old windows. I'm unable to edit, move, rename, delete the files, nor folder with the character. When I right click on a file -> properties -> rename file to "asdasda.pdf" and close properties window, Dolphin crashes. More info in screenshots. Reproducible: Always When I do ls in the directory, the broken character is printed as question mark, when I do file [tab][tab] the character is represented with escaped numbers, see attached file for more. You can download the archive from http://lublin.dominikanie.pl/?s=8&id=1444 click on point "2. program prac konserwatorskich".

Thanks for the bug report! Can you please provide the version of Dolphin and kdelibs/frameworks? Thanks!
Hi there, thanks for quick replay, I'm using Arch linux updated daily, current installed KDE version is 15.08.2-1, kdelibs 4.14.13-1. If you want to find out more details about the programs you can check arch package searcher https://www.archlinux.org/packages/?sort=&q=kdelibs&maintainer=&flagged= or just email me. I remember having the same issue ~2 years ago on KDE4 as well.
