Sorry, this report got accidentally submitted before I added proper description:

Steps to reproduce:
1)
Go to Plasma Add-on installer for widgets and install a widget

2)
Now look at Installed section (widget should be there)

3)
Restart plasma

4)
Open Add-on installer again and look at Installed section -> it is empty

It also means the installer is unable to update a widget. But if you try to install it again, it will tell you about overwriting an archive in /tmp (even if new version of widget is downloaded). Even if you click OK, the following widget installation silently fails - that was in the log in description of this bug.

I have Plasma 5.4.2, KF 5.15, Qt 5.5.1

I can confirm this bug in Kubuntu 15.10 and 15.04:

Only first installation of a plasmoid works.
Every update trial fails.

I confirm this problem as well... After I install a widget, if I come back right away, I see the "Uninstall", however if I restart and come back again, I cannot "Uninstall" a previously installed widget.

Kubuntu 15.10
