Does not run at all:
" ...\marble-qt.exe is not a valid Win32 application "
System: Windows XP Version 2002 Service Pack 3
What to do? Corrupted marble-setup_1.9.1_x86.exe installation file?

I have not tried it so far, because I solved the problem with 1.9.1 version installation file by binary editor using procedure described here:
http://www.tripleboot.org/?p=423

 So maybe sometime later :-)

Thanks for getting back. With Windows XP out of official support for more than 2 years now [1] I decided not to look into it further but raise the minimum required Windows version to Windows Vista. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
