There are too "help" buttons. The left one opens the help and the right one does nothing when I click on it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I'm not sure if there's another way to open the crash reporter, but if there's not, you can only see it when an application crashes.

Actual Results:  
Two help buttons are shown.

Expected Results:  
One help button should be there.
