Detailed Memory Information window of a process doesn't follow the system's color scheme.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a dark color scheme (like Breeze Dark)
2. Open system monitor
3. Right click a process to see it's Detailed Memory Information

Actual Results:  
The text and background colors are dark.

Expected Results:  
Text color follow the system color scheme, in this case it should be brighter than the background.
