Hi.
At least two menu items are missing in my KILE installation (version 2.1.3-7.1.8-x86_64 from vendor openSUSE) :
1) "configure KILE" 
2) "about KILE". (There is only "about editor component", that is about KATE.) 

These are not terribly important. 1) is worked around by an icon that I placed in a toolbar, and the other can be found by going to YAST. 

Still, a bug.
