I don't know what great idea this was but the previous control mapping for Zoom function use to be CTRL + Mouse click and move either up or down to zoom accordingly, and now for whatever reason it's no longer like this anymore and I can't figure out where to change this in the settings. I assumed it was changed to CTRL + Space + Mouse click, but this doesn't work. Please change this or tell me how I can change it back to the old control mappings for zoom. I work with a tablet and I find this extremely awkward to control and have to use a mouse to scroll wheel. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. As described in details… 2. 3. Actual Results: Can't zoom in or out with my desired control mappings. Expected Results: I exepcted it to function as I expected when I do CTRL + Mouse click and move in direction of up or down to zoom accordingly.
Hi, I'm not aware that we changed the defaults for zooming, but in any case, you can configure those settings in the configure krita dialog, in the canvas input settings page. Does that work for you?
Created attachment 95289 [details] Krita canvas input settings screenshot of canvas input settings Ctrl+Left Mouse to discrete zoom configured to this but does not work when pressed.
I thought it be necessary to make a video on the zoom issue in Krita https://youtu.be/YNI1VPh_X4A it has been getting pretty frustrating trying to figure out why it doesn't work the way it should be doing things. Do take a look at the video as I attempt to show my problem.
Ctrl-space-left-mouse button and moving the mouse to left and right zooms.
