I have installed Kubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf) on a Toshiba Chromebook 2 (Baytrail version). The sole internal storage of the computer consists of a 16GB eMMC drive. The bug is that KDE's device notifier shows this drive as "Removable Media", which it most certainly is not. Reproducible: Always
please run: solid-hardware5 list then find the device and run solid-hardware5 details <thatdevice>
Here's the output from "solid-hardware5 details /org/freedesktop/UDisks2/block_devices/mmcblk0": udi = '/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/block_devices/mmcblk0' parent = '/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/drives/016GE2_0xa156f582' (string) vendor = '' (string) product = '016GE2' (string) description = '14,7 GiB Removable Media' (string) Block.major = 179 (0xb3) (int) Block.minor = 0 (0x0) (int) Block.device = '/dev/mmcblk0' (string) StorageVolume.ignored = true (bool) StorageVolume.usage = 'PartitionTable' (0x3) (enum) StorageVolume.fsType = '' (string) StorageVolume.label = '' (string) StorageVolume.uuid = '' (string) StorageVolume.size = 15758000128 (0x3ab400000) (qulonglong)
