Version: 4.14.2 from Kubuntu Backports
As bug title, attached screenshot and manpage source-code.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Konqueror
2. Browse `man:/pklocalauthority`
3. Checkout "EVALUATION ORDER" chapter/section

Actual Results:  
The line-drawing symbol characters are garbled

Expected Results:  
The line-drawing symbol characters draws correctly as in the man command

I can reproduce this issue with KDE Frameworks 5.47.0. I'll move the report to frameworks-kio, because the "kio" product is now obsolete.
