I use Kubuntu 15.10 with KDE plasma 5.15.  As i linked in the URL KDE is slow to boot when the network management applet is in the system tray. This affects most of the Kubuntu 15.10 users

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot Kubuntu as usual with the plasma-nm applet in the system tray
2. After login screen the KDE screen is not rendered
3. We have to wait for like 90 seconds before the KDE desktop finally appears


Expected Results:  
KDE desktop should appear without too much delay after login
