Description Victor Porton 2015-10-23 13:52:33 UTC
After Alt+Tab from Kate to another application and Alt+Tab again to Kate, cursor is inactive.

Gnome with Metacity 3.18.1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Start Kate and any other Gnome application.
1. Open some document in Kate.
2. Click mouse to a place in the document to make the cursor blink.
3. In Gnome press Alt+Tab to switch to another application.
4. Press Alt+Tab again to switch back to Kate.

Actual Results:
The active widget is Kate menu.

The cursor does not blink. Arrow keys do not move the cursor.

Expected Results:
The active widget should be the text area and cursor should blink.

Kate 15.08.2.
Comment 2 Victor Porton 2015-12-04 17:18:50 UTC
Without updating Kate (remains Kate 15.08.2), this bugs resolved magically. I close it.
