When a secondary monitor is connected, the "More panel options" popup shows in the wrong screen, flushed to the left. The Y coordinates appear to be correct, but the X is completely wrong (zero).

This happens to me on the standard "extend to the right" dual-monitor setup.

This problem is especially annoying since you cannot move the mouse over ANY screen when you have "focus follows mouse" because Plasma popups are not real popups. KWin will give focus to another window and the popup disappears. To access those options, you must minimise all windows so you can freely move the mouse only over the desktop.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect secondary monitor and make sure there's a Plasma panel there
2. Click the hamburger menu on the right, on the panel on the secondary screen
3. Click "More options"

Actual Results:  
The options popup shows flushed to the left.

Expected Results:  
The popup should have shown right above the "More options" button.
