When i chose the Contiguous Selection Tool,and chose the area i want to pint,then after paint the selection area,i can't drawing outside the selection area,even i delete the layout

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Chose Contiguous Selection Tool
2.Chose some area
3.Pint the area

Actual Results:  
Can't drawing outside the area

Well, you can only draw on the selected pixels. Press ctrl-shift-a to remove the selection.
