After todays update, kdewallet starts with an error message: "Configuration file "//.config/kwalletd5rc" not writable. Please contact your system administrator."
Anyway, seems to be running and fine. 

Reproducible: Always

Please post the output of the command `apt-cache policy libkf5wallet-bin`
