When I open some plain text files, Kate freezes and doesn't show anything except last screen that printed at my monitor. It doesn't related to file size and freezes even text file contains 4 lines, and surprisingly this problem is a random choosing bug(!) that occurs for some unrelated files.

Hi, can't reproduce that, sorry. Please try out some current KF5 version again. If you have some way to reproduce, please reopen. Sorry for the hassle :/
