I am using plasma 5 on Arch Linux x86_64. kwalletmanager isn't working correctly, it can read entries from ~/.config/kwalletrc, but it cannot save any changes I made in kwalletmanager. When I click 'OK' the program exit with settings unchanged . When I click 'Apply' the window stops responding, again kwallet settings are unchanged.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run 'kcmshell5 kwalletconfig5'.
2.make some changes in the configuration window.
3.click apply.

Actual Results:  
The kwalletmanager window stopped responding.

Expected Results:  
Settings are changed successfully.
