Description J Reitsma 2015-10-02 14:23:55 UTC
Since the upgrade to openSuse Tumnbleweed, login through kdm is not accepted ("login failed"); also creating a new session is not possible.
i seems as if the password I give is not correct, but that is not the case (checked capslock of course).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Suspend to Ram
2. Start up from suspend.
3. Wait for login screen of kdm, than log in

Actual Results:
A message appears that login has failed, and the login screen re-appears

Expected Results:
Get logged in.

kde version is 4.14.10

KDM is unmaintained and not used in KDE Plasma 5.

SDDM is the login manager used in KDE Plasma 5. If you still have this same issue with SDDM, please file an issue on the SDDM bugtracker (after doing a search for existing issues first!): https://github.com/sddm/sddm/issues/
