Description Yuxuan Shui 2015-09-30 04:45:41 UTC
I plugged in my phone and see this in dmesg (I tested Nexus 5 and Oneplue One)

I checked a found that <pid> is forked from kdeinit5. I don't know what happened here.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plug in a phone
2. Check dmesg
3.
Comment 1 David Faure 2015-09-30 07:10:24 UTC
Forking from kdeinit5 is how kdeinit works. But what was the actual process name of the forked process?

kio_mtp maybe?
Comment 2 Elvis Angelaccio 2018-11-02 11:27:40 UTC
Cannot reproduce here.

Is this still happening with recent kernels?
