With the update of 15.04.3 the keyboard short cut used via "<Shift><Cntrl>+(" will no longer create a split screen. The menu choices of the split screen have continued to work, but the keyboard use of this command now does nothing except send "(" to the terminal interface. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Up a konsole terminal window 2.Type "<Shift><Cntrl>(" 3.Nothing Happens Actual Results: A character "(" is transmitted to the terminal interface and a split screen is not created. Expected Results: Creation of a horizontal split screen
Confirmed issue remains with latest konsole 15.08.1 release
Thanks for the report Greg/Rex and apologies for the lengthy delay in a response. I've tested this on konsole from git master and cannot reproduce the issue. Can you please test and confirm that this issue is no longer, thanks.
