If an incoming message contains my nickname, making it a highlight, *and* contains an open angle bracket, the angle brackets that surround the sender's nickname are HTML-escaped.

For example, I receive a message that shows on the ircview as "[20:08] <PovTest> PovAddict: test <3", but the OSD shows "[Highlight] (#konvi-test) &lt;PovTest&gt; PovAddict: test <3".
