Description Valerio De Angelis 2015-09-20 09:13:19 UTC
When I log in, I don't see no more the wifi icon animated during the connection process, it stay static as per attachment.
However, if I change my wifi connection, the animation is shown correctly.
The problem is always reproducible but only for the connection established through the login process.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login with an already memorized wifi connection available
2.
3.

Actual Results:
See the screenshot

Expected Results:
The wifi icon should spin until the connection is done.

Fedora 22 with Plasma 5.41. with Qt 5.5.0

Same happens to the notification icon when a copy job is running when Plasma starts. Most likely the applet it created before it is assigned a window and then the RotationAnimator doesn't have an RT context and fails. Looks like a Qt bug that it doesn't recover once we have a window.
