"freezed" several times when updating after installation (of Kubuntu 15.04), had to kill and try again and finally all except for "thermald" updated, and now refuses to update thermald, freezes each try.

Also, this doesn't sound like it's the installer, since you're talking about the update process, after installation. Changing the component to muon.
