My toolbar icons size is set to 32x32 in systemsettings.
Dolphin 15.08 shows toolbar icons 22x22 when set to "default".

Version is 15.08.

What is the zoom factor in dolphin? Is it 100%

Depends on how I set it. And I change it a lot, depending on what I do. ;-) And no, changing zoom doesn't affect toolbar icons, why should it?

Please change the size of 'Main Toolbar' instead.

Tried changing "Main toolbar" (which was always 32x32), then set icon size to "default" in Dolphin and icons still don't get the size set in system settings.

I start to wonder if there's some separate settings store for Dolphin 15.08? Does it use systemsettings at all, or was there some new "settings" app introduced recently?

No still the normal System Settings application (version 5.4.1 here)
