Description Eric P Adler 2015-09-13 15:08:52 UTC
I am using a sony DSC100, which has the date/time set correctly. If I import using Dolphin then the date time info shown in properties is correct, ie same as camera, HOWEVER in both Gwenview and Digikam the time is out by 3 hours. eg a photo taken at 5pm shows 5pm as exif in Sony view window, 5pm as file creation date in Dolphin, but 8pm in both Gwenview and Digikam ( when the time is maybe 5.10pm on the computer).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Take photo of clock or wristwatch
2. Check the time in Sony camera viewer
3. Read different time in Gwenview or Digikam properties.

Actual Results:
out by three hours

Expected Results:
should show the same time in Gwenview as Dolphin, ie same as camera

This is the first tie I have ever attempted to report a bug in Linux, except for problems arising from Realtec 8188CE wifi card!

I use a DSC100 and import using Shotwell, (I like the way the program
organises everything into folders for me) and I haven't experienced any
problem with date/time.
