Standard size of icons is 22 px when rendered in a different size they become blurred.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select any theme 
2. Click apply
3. Open system tray pop up

Actual Results:  
Icons that are in the system tray and move to te pop up are blurred

Expected Results:  
Icons are not blurred

I'd like to comment that when reporting this bug I was using a 10" 1024x600 screen where the icons in the pop up (32px) look really big so a 22px size like the system tray would be better. But on larger screens 32px seems reasonable, at least for 1080p+ screens. So there should probably be a way of telling Plasma to use 22px icons on small screens and keep 32px on larger screens, granted the Plasma theme actually provides these larger icons.

Systemtray implementation is changed, this should be one of the problems fixed.
