Description Victor Tran 2015-09-09 07:06:41 UTC
Rekonq throws a segmentation fault when Google Docs (word processor) is loaded.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a Google Doc
2. Cancel all JS dialogs that appear telling you that an "error has occurred"

Actual Results:
Rekonq crashes

Expected Results:
Rekonq either shows the doc or at least stays on the word processor not doing anything

Google doesn't support Rekonq, but Rekonq should at least not crash.

By the way, I can't attach a backtrace because there aren't any precompiled debug symbols for Arch, and I don't fancy recompiling my whole computer! Sorry :(

If there is someone else that can attach a backtrace, that would be great. :)

It might be the same or a different issue, but here it goes into an endless "javascript error"-message loop, where it fails to load the page... You have to click the error away just to be displayed again and again...

Development on Rekonq ceased four years ago, and it has been unmaintained since then. KDE recommends using Falkon instead.
