Hi, Looks like the driver for your video card cannot handle our opengl code. When that happens, Krita switches to a CPU-based canvas which is, indeed, a lot slower. Is this the first time you ran Krita? If Krita could use opengl before, you could try to remove the configuration file in AppData\Roaming\krita.
No, I ran Krita before normally. After that it started with random crashes, brushes are really slow. I can't reproduce it everytime. I can't do anything with graphic driver because AMD stoped developing it for my GPU. I'm using Legacy driver 13.1 http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows%208%20-%2064 OpenCL(tm) Driver 10.0.937.2
Hm... And if you try the zip file installer for krita < 2.9.7? I'm not sure how it could make a difference, because this code hasn't changed...
Could you check with an older version of Krita please? Or even with the 2,9.7 portable (zip-file) version?
I'm sorry, we cannot do anything about this.
