Description Nikolaos Kakouros 2015-09-06 12:58:39 UTC
The version is 4.81 beta1. When inserting a new contact, in the personal tab, in the birthdate field, after opening its calendar, if I try to click on the month, eg September, and then try to click on a month after September, it does not work. It works for previous months.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Run KAddressBook
1. Click on "New contact"
2. Go to "Personal" tab
3. Click the calendar icon next to the Birthdate field
4. Click on the name of the month
5. Try to select a later month

Actual Results:
The month did not change to the later one I have chosen.

Expected Results:
The calendar should switch to the later month I have chosen

This bug has never been confirmed for a Kontact version that is based on KDE Frameworks, except possibly a Technology Preview version 5.0.x. Those versions differ significantly from the old 4.x series. Therefore, I plan to close it in around two or three months. In the meantime, it is set to WAITINGFORINFO to give reporters the opportunity to check if it is still valid. As soon as someone confirms it for a recent version (at least 5.1, ideally even more recent), I'll gladly reopen it.

Please understand that we lack the manpower to triage bugs reported for versions almost two years beyond their end of life.

I just checked again on the versions and yes this is invalid! Closing!
